5. Do you have high speed Internet access in your guestrooms?

Yes, our guestrooms have Daily Wireless Internet Access.


6. Do you offer hairdryers in your guestrooms?

Yes, all of our guestrooms feature hairdryers.


7. Do you provide coffee makers in your guestrooms?

For the convenience of our guests, the Belle provides coffee makers in each room.


8. Do you provide irons and ironing boards for use during my stay?

Yes, all of our guestrooms feature irons and ironing boards.


9. Do you provide alarm clocks?

Yes, all of our guestrooms provide alarm clocks.


10. Do your rooms feature Cable TV?

Yes, the Belle offers Cable TV.


11. Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

Yes, we have wheelchair accessible rooms.


12. How old do you have to be to check into the hotel?

Because the Belle is a gaming establishment; guests must be 21 to check into a hotel room.


13. What is your hotel’s cancellation policy?

We require 24-hour notice prior to your arrival date for a full refund.


14. Do you allow pets in the hotel?

No, with the exception of service animals.


15. Do you have a pool?

Yes, we proudly feature an outdoor pool, located on the ground floor. The times are seasonal and vary. Belle hotel guests can use this amenity for free. An adult must accompany children ages 18 and younger.


16. How do I reserve 10 or more rooms?

Please contact our group sales department at 225-378-6176.


17. Does the Belle have parking?

Yes, we have free parking for hotel guests in the hotel parking lot.  We have parking garages for additional parking.


18. What kinds of rooms are available for large parties or guests with children?

The Belle offers a variety of accommodations for guests who require more space. Rooms range from 450 square feet up to 850 square feet. Connecting or adjoining rooms can be requested, and up to four people can occupy one room.


19. How Quickly will my refund be processed if I cancel?

In most cases, upon cancelling your reservation you will receive a refund of your deposit in 14 business days.


20. How many total guests can check into a room or suite?

The maximum occupancy for any one room or suite at the Belle is four.
